Does anyone still use this program or is anyone able to get it to do what it's surpost too?

Support is not really involved. Its a standalone take/or leave software and as is. Errors are fixed by you to work around and make best do with issues. Sadly hate to say it i feel because he (the create) has a basically good solid software the creator only doesn't have much time to work the system and errors are pending on how bad his back up in his other work likely to take away. I know this cus our companies had a long conversation about the system we wanna see the system grow but at this rate we feel it will never get better until more users come on.
